Andover Traveling Boys Basketball

Just a reminder that traveling boys tryouts are this Sunday. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your son's tryout session!!! This will allow for time to sign-in, get your son weighed and measured, and get the uniform sizing figured out.

Also, please make sure you bring the following to tryouts:

PLAYER'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE  (NEW players only)
Bring a copy of the player's birth certificate to try-outs. Returning ATBB players from last year do not need to provide as we have them on file.

MEDICAL CONSENT FORM
Bring a completed and signed Medical Consent Form to try-outs.

UNIFORM ORDER FORM
New 4th Grade Players and 5-8th Grader's needing new uniform sizes need to complete the Uniform Order Form and bring to try-outs.  Also fill out this form for any player/parent who wishes to order optional ATBB apparel. (Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early to choose uniform sizes, samples will be available.)  THIS WILL BE THE ONLY TIME TO ORDER UNIFORMS AND APPAREL.  Payment MUST be collected at try-outs, as it will allow us to process the orders quicker.  Payments will be held until teams are formed.

CHECK FOR UNIFORM FEES
A check for uniforms (if applicable) to try-outs. Checks can be made payable to ATBB.

VOLUNTEER FEE
Bring a check payable to ATBB for $100. This check will be held to cover volunteer fees. Each family is asked to volunteer 7 hours during the season at the Andover Tournament. This check will be destroyed upon fulfillment of volunteer hours.

DATES:

Sunday, September 15th: Try-out Day 1
Sunday, September 22th: Try-out Day 2

Players are strongly encouraged to attend both try-out sessions, the highest score achieved on either day will be used.

TRYOUT TIMES (both tryout dates):

8th grade: 8:30am - 10:00am
7th grade: 10:10am - 12:00pm
6th grade: 12:10pm - 1:40pm
5th grade: 1:50pm - 3:20pm
4th grade: 3:30pm - 4:45pm

NOTE: If your son is attending tryouts, please DO NOT have him wear a dryfit shirt. We use stickers with numbers to identify the boys which have problems sticking to non-cotton shirts. And please try to get to the tryouts at least 30 minutes prior to the session. There will be a open gym for the boys to warm up in once the uniform orders are filled out.
