This procedure should be followed to voice any needs or concerns:
If a parent has a need/concern they should set up a meeting with the coach to review the concern.
If a need/concern cannot be resolved with the coach, the parent is encouraged to contact a member of the Board to review the concern. This step may require a meeting between the parent and the coach with the board member serving as a facilitator.
If a need/concern is not resolved via step 2, the parent should contact the board of directors to present the concern to the board for a final resolution.
